Alison McVitty
Alison is an independent Human Resources Consultant, with significant HR management experience gained over the last 13 years.
An accomplished Human Resources professional, Alison’s consultancy career spans both private and public sectors, with substantial experience encompassing all areas of HR.
With a background in HR consultancy, Alison worked with the Royal Bank of Scotland Group, delivering bespoke HR projects and ongoing business HR requirements, for example, across recruitment and selection, performance management, training and development, employee engagement, communications, and change management.
Alison has worked extensively across government departments in NI as an Independent Public Appointments Assessor, and has supported the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in membership assessment.
Through thinkpeople Consulting, Alison partners with NI businesses to develop and deliver dedicated HR solutions.
Alison is a graduate of Queen’s University Belfast, andis a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
