Anne Dougan

Anne has over 20 years experience within Human Resources within the private, public and voluntary sectors.
Anne has developed expertise in both operational and strategic HR across a range of organisation types and has partnered business leaders at all levels.
As a consultant Anne’s experience demonstrates the ability to add value and deliver results for the client base. Projects have ranged from interim HR management at Director Level on rationalisation and restructuring projects, to HR consultancy projects such as implementation of Performance Management processes, Culture Audits, Job Evaluation and management of acquisitions and mergers, as well as implementation of a broad range of organisational /development projects for various companies. Anne has extensive ER experience including managing union relationships both at an operational and strategic level.
Prior to this, from 1995 to 2002 Anne was Group Head of HR for United Dairy Farmers /Dale Farm Group of companies. She was responsible for all strategic and operational HR within the business.
Anne commenced her career as a HR Advisor firstly with a technical engineering firm in London and then with a Japanese Securities Trading House in the Stock Exchange. Her HR experience is supported by a BA Degree, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Law and Administration and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Labour Studies. She also holds chartered membership of the CIPD.
