Carol Conn
Carol is an experienced HR professional, having worked in HR roles within both the Utilities and Information Technology sectors before moving in to consultancy. As Senior HR Advisor/Business Partner for Northgate Carol was responsible for two divisions comprising of approximately 300 people.
Carol has experience of managing TUPE and redundancy programmes, organisational development including Investors in People and managing the people aspect of large tenders worth approximately £50 million, for example the Viridian Group retender and Building Schools for the Future contracts in the mainland.
As a HR consultant Carol has worked with a large number of small to medium sized organisations across industry sectors. Carol’s experience includes implementing organisational development interventions including cultural assessment and strategic planning, reorganisation programmes, case management, TUPE and policy development.
