Jane Boyle
Jane is an HR practitioner with over 17 years HR management experience. Educated at the University of Plymouth where she studied Business Studies, Jane is a commercially minded individual who is used to driving change in fast moving organisations. She has had a varied career predominately with the private sector, in particular as a Senior HR manager for Marks and Spencer, both locally and in ROI.
A chartered fellow of the CIPD Jane has enjoyed operational management success working with companies ranging in size from 2 to 2000 and has accumulated a wealth of experience that spans all aspects of business as well as HR disciplines.
Jane brings with her a unique and realistic understanding of how to balance adherence to employment legislation with the practicalities of successful people management in an operational environment where organisation goals must be consistently achieved.
Jane has worked at a senior strategic level executing organisational change programmes; in particular she has had extensive experience of defining key performance metrics, analysing business performance and trends, designing and implementing business improvement initiatives and processes, controlling outputs end to end and delivering operational performance improvements resulting in substantial cost savings.
Since becoming a consultant Jane has taken a lead role in various HR projects and assignments for the private, public and the voluntary sectors advising on a wide range of HR disciplines including performance management, training, organisational culture to general HR compliance, redundancy and TUPE.
