Lyn McBriar
Lyn is an experienced HR Consultant, specialising in organisational change and leadership development. She has worked with a range of private, public and third sector clients during periods of corporate realignment and culture change.
Lyn’s experience includes working as a Senior HR professional with complex organisations in the retail and service sectors, most recently as Regional Head of HR (N Ireland) with Marks & Spencer, leading the HR function during a period of significant organisational growth and change. Her role included developing, implementing and analysing a wide range of employee surveys and culture audits, and advising managers on action plans and follow-up. The surveys were carried out on a multi-site, multi-functional basis.
Lyn has a broad HR Management background in a variety of organisations and sectors, including the service industry, finance and manufacturing/distribution. She has significant experience of delivering strategic HR guidance and operational projects in fast-moving and flexible environments.
Lyn holds a BA (Hons) Degree in Modern Languages, and is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and a Member of the Association for Coaching.
