Simon Carson
Simon has over 20 years’ experience in HR, with the past 12 years as a Senior Employee Relations Manager with a global IT firm. He has a law degree LL.B (Hons) and is a member of Mensa.
Simon has worked in organizations from 20 employees to 10,000 with private, public and voluntary sectors. Specializing in employment law Simon has a wealth of practical experience in relation to tupe, restructures, contracts, policies and tribunals.
In addition he has experience in creating and running Employee Representative Bodies in unionised and non-unionised environments, consulting with staff groups and negotiating with unions.
Other areas of expertise include absence management, performance management, equality and diversity, health and safety and pensions.
Simon strives to find simple and practical solutions which will help an organization to go forward and achieve their goals.
