The Business Requirements
thinkpeople were tasked with enabling the successful migration of the human element of the merger. The project involved the transfer of staff at multi site locations throughout England and Northern Ireland. The project involved the following core areas:
1. Pre-merger people due diligence 2. Joint integration planning and TUPE transfer 3. Postmerger integration and major rationalisation
thinkpeople worked closely with our management team to successfully transfer 180 staff and to conduct a major review of the businesses post transfer.
The restructuring of our newly acquired business resulted in significant efficiency improvements and turnaround from loss making business units to profitability.
