The project required the divestiture of staff from the News Letter and the Derry Journal group to the prospective transferee. The project involved the transfer of staff at multi site locations throughout N Ireland and covered the following areas:
1. Preparation and review of all HR processes, policies and procedures and terms and conditions for the due diligence process. 2. Joint TUPE consultation and integration planning. 3. Support to business as usual HR activity.
