The Business Objectives
thinkpeople Ltd were asked to develop a one day leadership workshop for the management team to introduce key leadership concepts, to challenge current management thinking and encourage team interaction. Through a participative and practical approach the programme encouraged managers to think through leadership models and reflect on their personal challenges in developing as leaders. Management styles were explored through the Situational Leadership Model and the concepts of influence, impact and communication introduced.

The programme enabled our management team to analyse their leadership capabilities and give consideration to their personal development needs. The tools and techniques utilised on the course were readily transferable back into the workplace.

The facilitators' experience and expertise added to the delivery of the course with key points being illustrated with practical business examples. The facilitators encouraged open and honest constructive conversation in a relaxed forum. Action points were identified and participants were tasked with creating forums to address issues.
