“First thinkpeople came up with a proposal to address our issues. They carried out a benchmarking exercise so we could assess our recognition practices against our competitors and also carried out a survey of employee opinion and held one to ones with employees to really understand how our employees felt about us.
We received a report summarising our strengths and our weaknesses both in line with the market and from our employees’ perspectives. The report culminated in a number of recommendations.
We now have all our policies and procedures in place and have implemented some of the recommendations. This process really has had a positive impact on Albert Fry Associates as a place to work and we have decided to continue to work with thinkpeople on a regular basis to support our people on an ongoing basis.”
