“Thinkpeople consultants met with us to gain a good understanding of our particular needs and prepared a proposal for us which fit well within our shared governance approach. Their approach allowed us to build greater awareness of our progress towards reinforcing our values across the organisation and also allowed us to create culture and values champions via a representative Steering Group. The lead consultant held a number of focus groups and worked closely with us to design a survey which would capture views and opinion and focus attention on ways to improve satisfaction levels. The response rate was very encouraging. Thinkpeople produced a substantial report from the results, which included valuable insight and recommendations. These have been presented to our Board and will now be used in our action planning. Our experience of working with Thinkpeople has been very positive and enjoyable and we hope to maintain our relationship in the future.”
