“Andor Technology initially engaged thinkpeople to develop and implement a HR strategic plan to support the future growth and development of the business. This included a job evaluation process which allowed us to rank the roles within the company into job families and sub families. They then supported us in scoping out distinct career development paths.
Since this we have worked closely with thinkpeople to develop bespoke management and leadership development programmes for team leaders and managers, our Professional Excellence Programme for non management key talent groups and development interventions for senior management. All the programmes have received very positive feedback and the practical follow through has been excellent both in relation to on the job skills and behaviour as well as accelerated development within talent groups.
We continue to partner with thinkpeople on our talent development programme and look forward to seeing the result of our next series of scheduled leadership and management development programmes.”
