“Our HR department has evolved and changed in recent years, as we work towards our aspiration to become a world class HR service for the seating products B/E Aerospace business. We initially engaged with thinkpeople to provide us with an impartial report about the level and quality of the HR service we provide. The lead consultant spent time understanding our function by interviewing the HR Team and a number of Directors. She also led a Focus Group of line managers, providing valuable first hand insights. This foundation was used to design a survey which went out to Directors, Managers and Supervisors. The resulting report written by thinkpeople was insightful and detailed, providing relevant and pragmatic recommendations which reflected a short and long term strategy for moving forward.
At the time this work was being undertaken we were also managing a significant recruitment campaign with limited resources. thinkpeople were able to support us in this by managing large volumes of our psychometric testing. Their professionally trained assessors worked quickly to enable us to turn around the recruitment on time and to a high standard.
We continue to maintain a close relationship with thinkpeople and have again used their services to facilitate volume psychometric testing.”
