We obtained training in Disciplinary and Grievance for our managers and supervisors which was tailored to the needs of the business. The training was covered in easy to follow ‘bite sized chunks’ which held the attendees interest throughout the day. We received very positive feedback from our managers who as a result of the training feel more confident in handling this area of their work.
