“We initially engaged thinkpeople to support us with the recruitment of a key senior position. They ensured the process was robust and compliant but also added value in refining our selection process both in the design and use of psychometrics. We were sufficiently impressed that we decided to use the DiSC behaviour tool as the basis of two senior team development sessions. This was a very positive process which helped to open up areas for meaningful discussion thus increasing understanding within the team. The facilitator was extremely supportive as well as being very astute, quickly grasping how we worked together and helping us to identify specific areas to focus on. As a charity, we did not have a huge amount of time or money to devote to the process as a whole so it was important to us to get good value for money – thinkpeople gave us what we needed and then some.”
