On this occasion they have worked with us to develop our competency framework for Oxfam Ireland’s Retail Department, which makes up the largest part of our organisation in term of staff levels. Following a series of focus groups and one to ones, the consultants worked very closely with us to develop a framework for consultation with key stakeholders. We went through a number of iterations and they supported us in increasing understanding across the management team. The management and wider staff training that followed was excellent.
