“thinkpeople reviewed our Human Capital policies and procedures and made recommendations in terms of best practice and legislative compliance. Having gained an understanding of the organisational culture, thinkpeople designed a participative and challenging training programme utilising a variety of learning strategies. Learning was delivered through use of case studies and quizzes.
Feedback from the programme was very positive and we expect that fewer people management issues will be escalated up the business chain. The programme was initially planned for N Ireland but as a direct result of positive feedback we made a decision to roll the programme out at our other sites in England and Scotland.”
