Training and Skills Development
We have worked closely with our clients to ensure the development provided meets their needs at a particular time, is built around their organisation’s process and culture and is structured in a way that maximises learning for all delegates. We focus our training on areas where we have operational skill and experience so that delegates are working with experienced professionals rather than trainers.
The programmes are designed to be very practical, drawing of a range of tools and with case studies that are relevant to the client and the level of the delegates’ roles. We also believe training sessions must be high energy and include some fun while making sure the time is maximised.
We are an approved centre for ILM training and have had a number of programmes designed specifically for our clients endorsed by ILM. We design and deliver training for Legal Island and are a training partner of Queen’s University Belfast.
