Our leadership development programmes have been endorsed by the Institute of Leadership Management.
PILLARS OF SUCCESSFUL MANAGEMENT This three day (24 hour) management development programme is aimed at providing the tools for managers to really get the most from themselves and their teams by focusing on the three pillars of great management.
- Managing Self: increasing self awareness, accountability and personal effectiveness.
- Managing Results: improved planning, prioritising and implementation of robust performance processes and good people management.
- Managing Resources: developing focussed and high performing teams aligned with organisational strategy.
Overall Objectives
- To develop management and leadership capability.
- To equip managers with the knowledge and skill to manage and prioritise their objectives and the objectives of their team in a results-focused environment.
- To increase understanding of how to effectively translate organisational vision and strategy into the performance management process.
- To provide the skills to increase individual and team performance through use of appropriate people, planning and performance management approaches and tools.
HIGH IMPACT MANAGEMENT This comprehensive programme is delivered over a six-month period and will involve 46 hours of classroom based activity. The programme is aimed at building essential managerial/leadership and personal skills which will drive business performance. It will:
- Enhance and strengthen management/leadership capabilities.
- Develop new knowledge, behaviour and skills.
- Enhance and improve planning and decision making skills.
- Increase team morale, enthusiasm and outputs.
The programme will be participative and interactive; participants will be required to implement learning points in between modules and to do pre-module preparation work.
In addition to the core modules, emphasis will be placed on action learning involving personal development plans, solving business issues and working with and learning from fellow managers.
