    Anna provides responsive HR consultancy support to our clients and has extensive experience in policy and staff governance development. With a 1st in her degree, she has the perfect combination of critical thinking and strong client engagement skills.

    Senior HR Consultant

    In 2017 Matthew was awarded CIPD HR Consultant of the Year for a culture change project with a leading local IT company. An HR generalist with a focus on Employee Relations he is involved in a wide range of change and people development projects.

    With a generalist background, Angela is our resident Employment Law guru and researcher, with a flair for Policy and Training Development she is often called upon when logic and detail are crucial.

  • David Woods

    Senior HR Consultant

    David is an experienced senior consultant, with a background in both occupational and sport/ exercise psychology, and is currently completing his PhD, focused on psychological well-being.

    Niall has a BSc (Hons) in Business Studies from Ulster University and is responsible for all aspects of Think People's brand, public profile, events and public relations.

  • Shoshana Bracewell

    Junior HR Consultant

    Joining the Think People team in 2017, Shoshana graduated LLM in Criminal Justice and Theoretical Criminology. Shoshana has a deep understanding of how legislation impacts every day life and is central to the world of employment.
