ICONI Software have entered a period of business growth and are expecting to substantially increase our staff numbers over the next 12 months. As part of our growth strategy we wanted to ensure our people management processes reflected our desire to attract and retain highly talented individuals and ensure that our HR function matched our business strategy.
We spoke to Think People, a consultancy we have worked with in the past. They recommended a review of our existing practices along with an engagement process with all of our staff so we could identify and keep all of the things our team love about working with us. A dedicated consultant met with the management team and staff to take forward the project. They recommended a number of key areas that the business could enhance in order to improve the way we work with each other and also how we could scale our organisation without losing our culture and values.
