The Need:

Due to the fast growth and success of their business, Industry Training Services had a requirement for two new office support roles. Although they had previously ran their own recruitment, they wanted to change their approach and see where they could improve.

The Advice

Think People not only took the time to analyse, understand and provide new insights around the behavioural and technical needs of the roles, but also our wider unique business environment that successful candidates would be operating in, and the demands this would place on them. Think People worked closely with us to develop our understanding of a range of assessment options, and we agreed that a short ability test and competency based interview would best identify the ideal candidates.

The Result:

The result was a very structured and robust process, which also allowed flexibility to explore each candidate’s unique strengths. We successfully identified two candidates with not only the necessary skills, knowledge and behaviours, but who also aligned well with our company values and culture.
