Suki Tea initially approached Think People for support and guidance with some HR queries. They had previously taken advice from different sources and it resulted in conflicting and, thus, inconclusive messages which left them lacking confidence and confused about best approach/practice to move forward with their query at hand. Based on the support they received the management team wanted to secure a closer working relationship where they could continue to work with their consultant as their ‘HR team’ on an ongoing basis.
We suggested a meeting to really understand the initial project needs, we advised on options and worked closely with the managers to quickly resolve these.
