    Louise is a highly experienced people and organisational development consultant with a BA (hons) in Politics and Criminology. She has a tenacious and driven approach that leads her to drive all projects with enthusiasm and commitment.

    Philip is an expert at dealing with high level complex cases having previously worked as an ER Specialist. Philip focuses on the commercial needs, gained from strong general management experience and business acumen across the retail sector, coupled with ensuring the duty of care is met.

    David is an experienced senior organisation and people development consultant, with a background in both occupational and sport/ exercise psychology, and has a PhD, focused on psychological well-being.

    Anna provides responsive HR consultancy support to our clients and has extensive experience in policy and staff governance development. With a 1st in her degree, she has the perfect combination of critical thinking and strong client engagement skills.

    Joining the Think People team in 2017, Shoshana graduated LLM in Criminal Justice and Theoretical Criminology. Shoshana has a deep understanding of how legislation impacts every day life and is central to the world of employment.

    Niall has a BSc (Hons) in Business Studies from Ulster University and is responsible for all aspects of Think People's brand, public profile, events and public relations.
